Pulaski, NY – Fulton Companies (www.fulton.com), the global manufacturer of steam, hydronic and thermal fluid heat transfer products and provider of innovative energy management solutions, announces the certification of its popular Vantage series condensing hydronic boiler product line by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).
“By meeting the AHRI standards, we are providing our customers with critical information about our products”, said Erin Sperry, Fulton’s Commercial Heating Product Manager. “Meeting this internationally recognized standard is just another way to assure our customers that Fulton is not only at the cutting-edge of product performance, it is supported by the stringent guidelines of AHRI.”
The AHRI standards are the globally-recognized certification program for the air-conditioning, heating, and refrigeration industry. AHRI provides certified product data on www.ahrinet.org.
The Fulton Vantage hydronic condensing boiler product line includes 2,000,000, 3,000,000, 4,000,000 and 6,000,000 BTU/hr models. The Vantage 2,000,000, 3,000,000 and 4,000,000 BTU/hr product line includes dual fuel models for natural gas/propane and natural gas/#2 oil capabilities.
Fulton’s Vantage was, in fact, the first condensing boiler to offer operation on #2 oil as a backup fuel. Vantage boilers offer efficiencies up to 91 percent when operating on #2 oil.
The Vantage boiler can operate in condensing mode when firing on B-100 bio-diesel and also can operate on a variety of digester gases.
The Vantage Low Emissions boilers feature less than 9ppm NOx, which can be achieved across all ambient conditions while maintaining ultra-high-efficient operation and full modulation.
All Vantage boilers are exceptionally tolerant of varying system conditions. The boilers feature a robust condensing heat exchanger of Duplex alloy steel, which results in superior corrosion resistance and low thermal expansion rates.
Vantage boilers are an ideal choice for ultra-high-efficiency condensing applications. High product mass and large pressure vessel water volume design removes minimum water temperature requirements and reduces sensitivity to varying flow conditions, eliminating the need for boiler temperature control valves. Lower return water temperatures promote condensing of the flue gases and increase the Vantage boiler efficiency.
