Typically the Frank I. Rounds Service and Parts department operates as a well oiled machine. Last week during our annual F1 afternoon outing, “TEAM” was not in the vocabulary. It was more like every man for himself – including trash talk, spin outs, high decibels, and thick clouds of tire smoke. Clearly a very competitive group. However – when the racing stops, you will not find better individuals to sit down and have a burger with, or maintain your boiler room equipment (just not at the same time).
